The numbers

Counted, not claimed.

Every figure here is read from the catalogue on each request, and from the App Store sync behind it. None of them is typed into this page, and none has a floor — when an app is pulled from sale, these go down.

Client work

I take on a few projects a year.

Full-stack builds where I own the thing end to end — design, code, infrastructure, launch. The same way I ship my own products, which is the only way I know how to work.

How I work

Four positions, held consistently.

01

Ship it small.

A thing that exists beats a better thing that does not. Every product here started as one problem I had, built narrow enough to finish.

02

Own the whole stack.

Design, code, infrastructure, support. No handoffs means no gaps, and it means I can actually answer the email when something breaks.

03

Answer to users only.

The people paying for the software are the only people to satisfy. That is a constraint, and it is the reason the products stay small and stay maintained.

04

Build in the open.

Decisions, mistakes and numbers get written up. The writing is the audit trail — you can read how something was built before deciding to trust it.

Use something I built, or have me build yours.
